These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to any purchases you make and govern your use of the SDE website, which is accessible via desktop or mobile web, (the "Site"). This Site is operated by SDE Printshop.

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these Terms regularly to stay informed about changes. The date of the most recent revision is noted at the end of these Terms. If you disagree with the Terms, please refrain from making any purchases or using the Site. Continuing to use or access the Site indicates your acceptance of these Terms.

By agreeing to these Terms through your use of the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Site or make purchases only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

While we strive to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and current, it may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance

Following your order submission, we will send you a confirmation email containing your order number, product details, payment details, and delivery information. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contravenes these Terms, with a full refund issued for cancelled orders.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has processed. We recommend keeping this email for future reference.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit and Debit Cards: Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Discover, JCB, and Maestro. Payment is taken once the order confirmation email is sent. All transactions are securely processed using Adyen.
Pay Later with Klarna: This option allows payment terms as per Klarna's guidelines, which are available during the checkout process.
PayPal: Selecting this method redirects you to PayPal to complete the payment before returning to the Site.

Shipping and Delivery

Various shipping options are available, detailed at checkout. We charge a $20 fee for uncollected packages or those returned due to incorrect addresses, covering shipping and handling. Orders typically dispatch within 2-3 business days, though this can extend to 8 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and do not account for delays caused by payment authorization or stock issues.

Returns

You may return products within 14 days of receipt provided they are in original condition. Custom-made products are non-returnable once production has begun. Contact us at hello@sdeprintshop.com for return instructions.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, report it immediately to hello@sdeprintshop.com. We require prior contact for return approval. Defective items may be replaced with a similar item upon verification.

Liability

SDE liability is limited to the purchase amount of your order unless mandated differently by law. We are not liable for indirect damages or losses caused by uncontrollable events.

Customer Registration and Data Protection

We collect and store personal data as needed for order fulfillment in accordance with privacy laws. Details on how we manage data can be found in our privacy policy.

Content and Intellectual Property

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, other provisions remain effective, and an alternative provision will be used to fulfill the original intent.
